Printsplosion beyond football

BIMPE Adebambo of Beampeh Label will unveil her 2012 summer collection, Printsplosion-a-la-Berlin, on Saturday, July 16, by 3pm at the Goethe Institut, City Hall, on Catholic Mission Street, Lagos.

The show, which is tagged Beyond Football- Shifting Interests and Identity, is a group affair, with nine other visual artists showcasing their works.

“Ten girls will wear 20 looks from the collection and mingle with the exhibition viewers who will be able to see the clothes up close and personal as opposed to the normal runway format,” said Adebambo.

The designer said garments made with Daviva cotton prints, Ernst and Bosch Austrian laces and some denims would be on display in an exhibition form.
