Omotola Won Actress of the Year

Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, yesterday (November 25, 2012) won Actress of the Year at the 2012 Exquisite Lady of the Year Awards (ELOY). She won the award for her performance in the movie, Ties That Bind. She bested Ini Edo, Funke Akindele, and Nse Ikpe-Etim to win the award.

The award for Producer of the Year went to Emem Isong, for the dance movie, I’ll Take My Chances.  She bested Blessing Egbe, Chineze Xandria-Anyaene, Chinwe Egwuagu, Funke Akindele-Oloyede, and Uche Jombo to win the award.

The 2012 ELOY Awards were held at the Porsche Showroom Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. The ELOY awards have been held annually since 2009. It is organized by Exquisite Magazine, led by its publisher, Tewa Onasanya.
