50 Cent 'Doing Fine' After Car Smash
50 Cent has been released from hospital after he was injured in a car crash.
The rapper was admitted to A&E following his collision on the Long Island Expressway in New York on Monday night.
His SUV was apparently struck by a truck.
US sources claim the truck driver has confessed to losing control of his vehicle, which reportedly flipped 50 Cent’s 4x4 over in the smash.
The hip-hop titan was treated for minor injuries to his back and neck before being discharged.
He was stretchered into an ambulance at the scene and paramedics put his neck in a brace.
A spokesperson for the star confirmed he’s now “doing fine”.
50 Cent – real name Curtis Jackson III – is no stranger to injury.
He was shot nine times in 2000, suffering wounds to his hand, arm, hip, legs, chest and cheek.
Recalling the horrific incident, he said: “I was scared the whole time. I was looking in the rear-view mirror like, 'Oh s***, somebody shot me in the face! It burns, burns, burns.’"
The alleged gunman, Darryl ‘Hommo’ Baum was killed three weeks later
