Heaven’s Hell Set To Raise The Bar In Nollywood

A new flick, Heaven’s Hell, designed to create real-change in the African movie industry with a message supporting the fight against woman and child violence is billed to hit global cinemas in the third quarter of next year.

Speaking at the unveiling of the first phase of the big-budget initiative, the Nigerian and foreign partners, One-O-Eight Media, BGL Asset Management Company Limited, Hashtag Media House and Del-York International, unanimously agreed to move Nollywood forward with the project.

“Creating real change in the Nigerian and African movie industry will require greater participation and dedication from business, financial and creative minds working with the right international partners where and when appropriate. This is what the Heaven’s Hell Project Partners have achieved in putting together this movie to be released internationally in early third quarter of 2013.

From world-class story-line and scripts to the best cast, crew and equipment, the Heaven’s Hell Movie Project is an international co-production movie carrying a message to fight violence against women and children. With international distribution deals in the US, UK, South Africa, the movie is designed for lasting impact in the minds of the world about movies from Nigeria and Nigerian Filmmakers. To this end, we have formed strong local and international partnerships with filmmakers, financiers, and international distributors among other,” disclosed Mr. Katung Aduwak.

“With a best-in-class local and international cast and an insightful storyline, we anticipate a huge global traction for the Heaven’s Hell Movie. We believe every partner on this project will receive commensurate traction to their works and offerings based on their association with this movie, our storyline/message and cast will be revealed soon”, added Mr. Linus Idahosa, boss of Del-York International.
