In a long expected move, the Twitter account of star actress, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde has now been verified. With this develoment, she becomes the second Nollywood actor to be verified on Twitter – the first being Genevieve Nnaji, whose Twitter account was verified earlier this year. Twitter uses verification to establish authenticity of identities, and accepts verification requests only from highly sought users in key interest areas such as music, acting, and politics.
