My Family Comes First, So I Quit Acting - Chinwe Isaac


Beautiful actress Chinwe Isaac  who recently shocked the industry when she declared her intention to quit acting has pleaded with her fans to bear with her as she charts a new direction for her life.

The actress said she decided to stop acting because she wants to keep a happy home, as she plans to go to the altar in no distant time. Also, she cited devoting  more time to her  business outlet located in Owerri, Imo State capital, as part of the reasons she is bidding farewell to acting.

Confirming the news while in a chat with HVP on facebook,  Chinwe said “I am getting married for real and it is happening very soon. I  have  to quit acting anyway because I really want to devote more time on running my business”.

Stressing further she said, “You know, actresses have the reputation of not sustaining  their marriages; I don’t  want to be counted as one of those with a failed marriages. So I am preparing to be a good wife”.

On the recent publication by a soft sell magazine about her marriage, Chinwe said ‘’ Don’t mind those gossips. They write what is not real.”

She also confirmed her relocation to Owerri, the Imo State captal where she currently runs a fashion shop.

The sultry actress, while pleading with her fans to understand her situation, said, “it is important I take this lifetime decision. Acting may not mix well with my new status and business initiatives.

“I just want to tell my fans to pardon my decision. It’s for a better tomorrow. But I leave them with some of my lovely movies out there which will help to remind them of my stay in Nollywood. Such movies  include “Sweet16”, “Girls War”, “Leave my Wife”, “Mayas Tears”, “Twisted Desires”, ‘Untamed’, ‘Cobra “, “Destitute” amongst others.

However, contrary to rumours that she is about to tie the nuptials with her hubby, the Imo State born actress debunked the insinuation, saying that her wedding  will come up after her graduation. She is a final year student of Lagos State University(LASU).

‘I don’t intend to give full details right now but since you know about it,yes I am getting married to the man who has made me the happiest woman on earth.”

Though Chinwe is not in a hurry to disclose the identity of her would-be husband, reports named Super Eagles striker,Paul Obiefule as her fringe.

Chinwe is reputed for her controversial and raunchy roles in Nollywood.
