Scarlett Johansson's Alleged Nude Photo Hacker Will Plead Guilty

The man arrested in connection with hacking Scarlett Johansson and Mila Kunis' email accounts and leaking nude photos of them is expected to plead guilty in court Monday to nine federal charges, according to Reuters.

Christopher Chaney, of Jacksonville, Fla., filed a plea agreement in a Los Angeles court this week, admitting to wiretapping, among other crimes. His plea is the result of an 11-month FBI investigation that officials were calling "Operation Hackerazzi."

In October, Chaney was arrested for what prosecutors say was breaking into the email accounts of at least 50 Hollywood bigwigs. He then proceeded to access personal photos, business correspondence and other information, Reuters reports.

Among the photos was a revealing picture of Johanson wearing nothing but a towel. She later told Vanity Fair the photo had been taken while she was married to her then-husband, Ryan Reynolds.

A photo of Kunis soaking up a bubble bath was also leaked.

According to Reuters, Chaney faces up to 60 years in federal prison if he receives the maximum sentence.
