Obesere releases new album

Come  Wednesday, February 29, 2012, prominent Fuji musician, Abass Akande Obesere, will officially drop his banging new album, Baba Baba.

The album which will be marketed by wave-making marketing company, Highkay Dancent, will also hit the music shelves with its video CD.

The multimillion Naira video was shot at various locations in Lagos and was directed by ace director; Yomi Frederick fondly called Dr. Bee.

According to Innocent Ikechukwu Elota, the chairman of Highkay Dancent marketing company, all parameters have been set in place to ensure smooth distribution of the new album.

Baba Baba features the very best of Fuji music from the stable of Obesere and has a unique blend of dazzling danceable beats that obviously cut across various musical fan bases.

Speaking more on what to expect in the album, the musician said  “I’m quite sure this album will be a success because of the hard work we put in its recording.

Apart from the refined dance-hall songs, there are inspirational songs too in the album. I also preached about the need for unity in every facet of life. It is a loaded album that will cut across!”
